A Testimonial for Advocare

I first starting using Advocare products in July, 2010 when I decided to embark on the 24-Day Challenge. Needless to say, I've been hooked ever since!
I've always had a hard time losing weight, and even though I really haven't had much to lose, I've always wanted to "lean-out" and drop about 5-10 lbs. Advocare products have helped me do that. When I combined TRX classes with the 24-day Challenge, followed by regular use of Advocare products and "clean" eating, I was able to lose the 5 lbs. I had been striving to lose for years.
My two favorite products, and ones that I always have on hand, are the Meal Replacement Shakes and Spark. The shakes are satisfying, nutritious, and most importantly, they actually taste good! My favorite flavor is Vanilla, but the Chocolate and Berry are tasty as well. If I ever need a quick meal on-the-go, or even a snack, i reach for the shakes. I usually include a couple of ice cubes when mixing and this makes the shake extra frothy and creamy and delicious!
Spark is amazing. I usually drink 1-2 Spark a day. (one in the morning and one mid-afternoon) If i'm feeling particularly tired or not clear headed, I reach for a Spark and it never disappoints. It helps with mental focus, and it gives me that small boost of energy that I needed. I would recommend drinking a maximum of 2 Spark a day, and don't drink one after 3p, or else you may have a hard time going to sleep.
Other products that I use include the Herbal Cleanse (every 90 days), MNS Max 3, Advocare Slam, and Catalyst.
I used to crave sweet/salty things, and I no longer crave anything. This is huge for me because I used to have the world's biggest sweet tooth and with the "clean" eating and use of Advocare products, those cravings have disappeared.
As cheesy as it sounds, I truly believe Advocare products have changed my life.
Losing weight, and keeping it off, doesn't happen by going on a "diet". It's about changing your lifestyle, changing the way you eat, and staying committed. I would recommend the 24-day challenge to anyone. It's a great way to start the change of your lifestyle.
